Found a pretty good place to unwind with friends for drinks and/or dinner. They have a cool lounge bar as well within their restaurant. Good vibe and energy to the place – cool & modern. Food is outta this world. Fusion Thai with a really creative menu. Try their organic chicken breast covered with green tea and lemon grass. Very tasty and tender. Place opened just recently so I’d make reservations cuz should be really busy once word gets out about their food.Food 5

Went last week with friends. Just opened so didn’t know what to expect. Really good high end food for what you pay for. Reasonable prices. We loved the Thai papardelle, curry ravioli, and duck sticks for appies. Good place to hang out for food or drinks. Modern and hip. Will go back again once the snow is gone for sure.Food 5

Heard about this place from friends. Tried it out with my boyfriend the other night. Food was excellent and quite different than Thai food we usually eat. We had the organic green tea chicken and tenderloin, and shared. Really tasty. Will try drinks next time for sure in their lounge with girlfriends as the place is pretty cool. And you can’t go wrong cuz it’s Yaletown.Food 5

My co-workers and I went as a group for lunch this week. Didn’t have reservations and were seated immediately which is good cuz we’re on a time constraint sometimes. Awesome server – very attentive and helped us with the menu and was really friendly which you don’t always get sometimes. We were all impressed! Food came out in a decent time. Really nice presentation, too. Tasted really good and we all went away happy. My fave is the chicken patty cakes and duck sticks but that’s me cuz I love appies. Good addition to trendy Yaletown, and we’ll be back.Food 4

Took my girlfriend to celebrate her b-day. She was very impressed. Place has a good vibe to it – very intimate and cool. Service was excellent, and the waiter spent a lot of time recommending specialty dishes. Best pad thai we’ve had around town and we eat at a lot of Thai restaurants! Menu was a bit different as it had mostly fusion but it was all good, and definitely creative. The charm toast makes a great appetizer, and we ordered seconds. Good place for a special occasion for sure.Food 5

Had to share this place with others who are searching for special places around town. My bf took me there for a post-Valentine’s Day celebration. Had the most amazing time. It was in cool Yaletown with hip decor and people.Food was awesome and different than Thai food we’ve had before – like East meets West but in a good way. Would recommend the organic chicken breast for sure. Good drinks too. Service was attentive which made us feel important so we tipped well. Would still rate the value as 5 though it is pricier than places we normally go to but then again the food, service and plating was higher end overall and worth it. Hmm… have to think of another special occasion for him to take me again. Would go back…Food 5

And I thought we were one of the first “critics” to talk about this new cool and hip Thai place. Oh well, anyhow, hubby surprised me and we went for dinner there on the weekend. It was worth the drive from the N. Shore to busy Yaletown. We love finding really unique places and Charm fit the bill. The fusion fare as they call it was really tasty and different. Who wants plain old yellow curry every weekend! Nope, very creative and presentation was awesome. Would recommend the short ribs for sure – very tender. Overall, we would go back again as there were so many items to choose from and we couldn’t decide already. Stay tuned. Good food and service on a busy night was surprisingly good for a new place. Would recommend it for sure though it looks like some other people beat us tor it. Prices were decent as this is nicer end restaurant food so you pay for what you get, and it’s all good.Food 5

Went the other day with hubby. We live in Yaletown so surprisingly we never went before but passed by it. It was a nice surprise as the place would have been great over the holidays entertaining friends and family. Nice, modern and cool decor and the bar was a good place to hangout while we waited for a table. Good drinks for sure. Dinner was really good and the menu was different but then again, we’ve had fusion before. The east meets west works well here. Would recommend the pork tenderloin and duck sticks for sure. Pad Thai though not fusion was amazingly good and the best we’ve had of all the Thai places in town. And we go to many! We rated the value with a “4″ only because we often go to cheaper eats as we eat out a lot but then again, this was a higher end fancier place so it should be a 5. Kudos to our waiter as though the place was packed, he was on the ball with our drinks and food and kept checking in on us. Will be back for another dinner to celebrate a b-day for a friend coming up.Food 5

Took my girlfriend on the weekend for a special date night. Place was packed but we waited at the bar. No complaints as there was a tv and great drinks. Wasn’t sure what to expect about the food as heard it was different than traditional Thai. Mixed Western and Asian and overall, we really liked it as it was better than the usual Thai we normally go to. Great service and recommendations by the waiter. We had the tenderloin and chicken breast for entrees and duck for appetizers. Place is more upscale so the prices are higher but it’s to be expected as you get the service and quality of food, too. Would go back again for a special night out for sure.Food 5

Went for an engagement party there with lots of people so we had several tables. Waiter was pretty sharp and kept the food, appetizers and drinks flowing. Place was packed so we made reservations. Recommend it. Menu was creative so think outside of the box when you order as it’s not boring curry and rice. Very trendy for sure, and overall, the food was really good. It’s pricier than a burger joint for sure but then again, it’s fancier and a nice treat for a couple or a party for sure. Will be back and will bring my bf next time.Food 5

Had an awesome night with my bf for our anniversary. Really upscale and cool place called Charm. Nice intimate setting with a nice hip decor. Great and amazing service as our server was very attentive the whole night especially when he found out we were celebrating. Loved their drink specials especially lychee martini! Appies were pretty good as didn’t know what to expected for Thai fusion. Definitely recommend the the carpaccio and duck confit spring rolls to start. Tenderloin and curry short ribs were awesome as well as the Pad Thai. Good eclectic mix than the normal Thai food we have around town. Prices are okay for what you get as it’s higher end and worth the splurge. Great place to celebrate in style for a dinner or group. Will be back again as there were so many items to check out on their menu but our choices were right on thanks to the server’s advice too. It’s a bit pricier than some places we go to but it’s higher end and you pay for quality for the food, service and ambiance so it’s worth it.Food 5
