There’s food on your face
Healthy food is good for your inside and when you have a healthy inside it’ll show on the outside. You can go organic and also use natural foods for the outside too. Before the Oil of Olay, Sephoras and The Bay makeup counters that came into our lives, women (and men) use natural ingredients for their daily beauty regiments. I have actually used some of the below if I wanted to switch it up with my skin and hair care….and learned the hard way that I was allergic to avocado.
For Dark Circles Under Eyes:
- Grated potato under eyes for 15-20 minutes
- Grate cucumber and freeze them in ice cube tray. Massage cube on eyes
For Fine Lines and Wrinkles
- 2 egg yolks whisked with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Apply on face for 25 minutes and wash off
- 1 lemon peel with a bit of water pureed. Apply on face for a few minutes and wash off
For Cellulite:
- Mix 2 cups of ground coffee, ½ cup of sugar or sea salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of massage oil. After quick body wash, massage mixture to skin, and rinse
For Acne:
- Mix 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and seasalt, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply to face, leave mask on for 2 minutes, and rinse
For Voluminous Hair:
- Mix 1 cup of dark beer (yep you read right) and 2 teaspoons of jojoba oil. Massage scalp with mixture, leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and rinse with luke warm water
