Tasty Thanksgiving

Friends who love to cook are always a plus. I messaged my peeps for their special recipes and they were so kind to send me one. Here’s a tasty dessert from one of my favourite and smartest Interaction Architects around, Robert Mackie.

Rena’s Pumpkin Pie

4oz Soft Cream Cheese – 15 to 30 secs in micro
1 tblsp half and half cream
1 tblsp sugar
1 and half cup Thawed Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 cup Cold Milk
1 can 16 oz. pumpkin
2 pkg vanilla instant pudding – 4 serving
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves

Directions
Mix cheese with 1 tblsp cream and 1 tblsp sugar in large bowl with wire
whisk until smooth
Gently stir in whipped topping
Spread on crust
Pour 1 cup milk into bowl add pumpkin, pudding mix and spices
Beat with wire whisk until well mixed – will be thick
Spread over cream cheese layer
Refrigerate 4 hours
