Chinese Restaurant Awards
Hi Peanuts,
The first annual Chinese Restaurant Awards kicked off in Vancouver today. Sadly, I couldn’t be there but I will be printing out the following list of winners to keep in my purse. These parts offer some of the finest Chinese food west of Bejing and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven around in the rain looking for that je ne sais quan before lazing out and pulling up at Hon’s yet again. Save me some of the taro root hot pot!
Love,
Jasmine, The Food Journalist
